We do not refund sessions unless we have to close.
If you can not attend your booked session please contact us and we will move you to another day.
If booking mistakes are made by a customer (eg: wrong day/time) any refunds processed through stripe or sum-up will have an admin charge of 2% of the total cost of the booking.

Please do not ring, we can keep track of things if we have a written message. We may also be too busy to answer a call.
Sibling discount is for Brothers & Sisters only. It is not for cousins or friends. Max 2 adults per family.
Please vacate the area as soon possible at the end of the session so we can tidy & prep for the next session. You will have a 10 min warning bell that gives you time to gather your belongings and give the children in your care a transition period. Please leave the play area promptly as we need to get tidying for our next session. Thank you.
We encourage Free but Respectful play. Please guide and supervise your children.
Mud kitchen and Construction equipment and toys are to stay in their designated areas. We would like you to encourage the children to keep all other toys and equipment out of the mud play areas.
No Water, Mud or Sand in the Play Shed. No food or drink to be taken in to the play shed.
No Wooden toys in water, please!
Sorry dogs are NOT permitted in the area.
Footballs are not allowed in the area.
No smoking, Vaping or Alcohol in the area.
Please do not empty your potty or let your child wee in the area. There are toilets available a very short walk from the away.
Please do not use picnic tables for messy mud/sand play or nappy changing. They are provided for picnicing- eating or drinking.
You do not have permission to access the forest school area, this area is for Forest School sessions only.
Please be aware that we are NOT a nut free zone. So if you or children in your care have a nut allergy could you make them aware. We have a disclaimer at our entrance please make yourselves aware of what is written there.
