Book a party for £125.00 to the end of August 2025

We now take a refundable £50 damage deposit. If the area is left with no damage then the £50 will be refunded within 2 days of the party. If there is damage to the area. We will contact you to discuss. Examples of damage Smashed windows, or equipment damaged beyond play. Photos will be taken. If we can see damage before you leave we will discuss the situation before you leave.

Once booked the fee of £125.00 is non refundable. If there is extremely bad weather on the day of your party booking then you can move the party to another date.

If we as a venue have to cancel for any reason we will offered another date or a full refund.

Your party will be a complete private hire of the In Awe & Wonder area. Members of the public will be unable to enter.

The area and the equipment is for ages 6 and under. Unfortunately we can not have older children playing in the area.

You can have up to 30 children aged 6 or under. You can have maximum 30 adults. Children must be supervised and guided at all times, we promote free but respectful play.

We have a picnic area with a gazebo for cover incase of very sunny or rainy weather.

We set up the area as we would a normal session. We have a painting easel, stamping activity with crayons. If you wish to have extra craft activities this will cost an exta £20.00 This would include either play doh or foam play. Colouring themes, glitter, glue, sticking craft.

You can bring your own food and drink or order from the park cafe. We are unable to supply any kind of food or drink due to our contract with the park, this includes drinking water. Sorry Alcohol is not allowed in the area.

You can have access to the area 30 minutes before your party begins. You need to have vacated the area 15 minutes after your party so we can recover the area for our next session. Thank you.

Sorry no dogs, smoking or vaping in the area.

Sorry no hard ball games are allowed in the area.

Please bring your own knife to cut your cake and a lighter to do your candles. We can not supply these items. We do not have any electricity in the area. If you want music then you will have to supply your own battery operated equipment.

You can hire a bouncy castle for your party, but your supplier will need their own generator. Please let us know if you are doing this.
